BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Lagco, Inc., in the amount of $88,764.00, for Bluegrass Regional Transfer Station Pump Station Improvements, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the related Agreement with Lagco, Inc., which is also attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $88,764.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lagco, Inc., from account #4121-303102-92211, pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement and subject to a pending Budget amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
