BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection line number 010.025 in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:
010.025 1 080 Z80 Council Administrator
Section 3 - That the salary range for Grade Z80 is hereby established with a minimum of $2,484.08 biweekly and a maximum of $4,121.20 biweekly.
Section 4 - That the following incumbent be and hereby is reallocated, with no change in biweekly salary:
Stacey Maynard, Council Administrator, from Grade 524E to Grade Z80,
at $3,353.44 biweekly.
Section 5 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
