BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with Vebridge Holdings, Inc., a sole source provider, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, for maintenance and technical support services related to the Geographic Information System (GIS) enabled repository (the "Repository") for engineering drawings.
