Summary
Authorization to transfer one (1) vacant classified position of Recreation Supervisor (Grade 514E) and the funds associated with the position from the Division of Parks and Recreation to the Division of Aging and Disability Services, effective upon passage of Council. Additionally, transfer one (1) classified position of Recreation Specialist Sr. (Grade 516N) and the incumbent from the Division of Parks and Recreation to the Division of Aging and Disability Services, effective July 1, 2015. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection line numbers 760.130 and 760.072 in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby are deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line numbers in the Classified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby are created to read as follows:
615.036 1 802 514E Recreation Specialist Sr.
615.035 1 806 516E Recreation Supervisor
Section 3 -That the incumbent, Martha Duncan, be and hereby is transferred from the Division of Parks and Recreation to the Division of Aging and Disability Services at her current job class, pay grade and title.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date described in each item.
