BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of J. L. Carman and Associates d/b/a CARMAN to RFP No. 36-2016 Lexington Corridors Beautification Design Services, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with J. L. Carman and Associates d/b/a CARMAN to provide landscape architectural services related to the design of landscaping improvements for the Athens-Boonesboro at I-75 interchange, at a cost estimated not to exceed $20,225.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $20,225.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to J. L. Carman and Associates d/b/a CARMAN, from account # 1101 - 313201 - 71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
