BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with Bluegrass Org., Inc., formerly Bluegrass Regional Mental Health-Mental Retardation Board, Inc., for the provision of mental health services for the offender population at the Fayette County Detention Center to provide for a part-time position of addiction assessor, increasing the cost of the Agreement by $26,834.16 for a total cost not to exceed $976,905.00 for FY17.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $976,905.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bluegrass Org., Inc., from account #1101-505402-5421-71204, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
