BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the three-year Renewal Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with NeuStar, Inc., for access to the Number Portability Administration Center, for the Division of Enhanced 911.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $2000.00 for FY 2017, be and hereby is approved for payment to NeuStar, Inc., from account #4205-505602-77802 ($1920.00) and from account #4204-505602-77802 ($80.00), pursuant to the terms of the Renewal Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
