BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Paving Maintenance Supply, a Division of Crafco, Inc., in the amount of $26,625.00, for Asphalt Hot Box Trailer Mounted, for the Division of Streets and Roads, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $26,625.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Paving Maintenance Supply, a Division of Crafco, Inc., from account #1101-303301-96468, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
