BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the General Services Agreement and Statement of Work (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 59-2015), which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with NTT Data, Inc., for configuration and deployment of a cloud-based LexCall Citizen Request Management (CRM) System, at a cost not to exceed $810,716.72.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed $810,716.72 be and hereby is approved for payment to NTT Data, Inc., from the following accounts: #1115-160302-96202 ($583,716.04), #2607-160302-96202 ($170,250.51), #4002-160302-96202 ($48,643.00), and #4051-160302-96202 ($8,107.17) pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Statement of Work.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
