BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Griffith Ballard Towers Resident Council, Inc., Georgetown Street Area Neighborhood Association, Inc., Harrod Hill Neighborhood Association, Lexington District Branch #23 of the National Association of Black Veterans, Inc., Alpha Beta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Undermain, Japan/America Society of KY, Honor Flight KY, Inc., and East End Community Development, for the Office of the Urban County Council
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Griffith Ballard Towers Resident Council, Inc. ($250.00), Georgetown Street Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($500.00), Harrod Hill Neighborhood Association ($1,000.00), Lexington District Branch #23 of the National Association of Black Veterans, Inc. ($900.00), Alpha Beta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Fraternity, Inc. ($750.00), Undermain ($700.00), Japan/America Society of KY ($500.00), Honor Flight KY, Inc. ($1,100.00), and East End Community Development ($750.00), account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
