BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Gilpin Masonry Construction Co., Inc., in the amount of $112,250.00, for the Portico, Parapet, and Chimney Repairs at Bell Place, for the Division of Parks and Recreation, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with Gilpin Masonry Construction Co., Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $112,250.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Gilpin Masonry Construction Co., Inc., from account #4024-707603-91015 ($98,526.97), and account #1101-707601-76101 ($13,723.03), pursuant to the terms of the bid and the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
