BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Adams Contracting, LLC, in the amount of $328,980.00, for the Loudon Avenue Sidewalk Project, for the Division of Engineering, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and the Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with Adams Contracting, LLC, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $328,980.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Adams Contracting, LLC, from account #3160-303202-91714 ($233,664.00), account #1136-303202-91715 ($39,461.00), and account #2607-303602-91615 ($55,855.00), pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
