Transportation Cabinet and to provide any additional information requested in connection with these Grant Applications, which Grant funds are in the amount of $4,425,680 Federal funds under the 2016 Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) Program, and are for the Armstrong Mill Sidewalks Project ($1,062,400), the Mercer Rd. at Greendale Rd. Turn Lanes Project ($793,840), the Mt. Tabor Rd. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the eight (8) Grant Applications, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and to provide any additional information requested in connection with these Grant Applications, which Grant funds are in the amount of $4,425,680 Federal funds under the 2016 Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) Program, and are for the Armstrong Mill Sidewalks Project ($1,062,400), the Mercer Road at Greendale Road Turn Lanes Project ($793,840), the Mt.
