                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Bluegrass Families First, Tates Creek High School PTSA, Inc., The Autism Society of the Bluegrass, Bryan Station High School Academy of Information Technology, and Henry Clay Gold Boosters, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to, Bluegrass Families First ($1,150.00), Tates Creek High School PTSA, Inc. ($1,000.00), The Autism Society of the Bluegrass ($775.00), Bryan Station High School Academy of Information Technology ($1,375.00), Henry Clay Gold Boosters, Inc.,

from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
