BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Classified Civil Service Appointments:
Neville Smith, Producer, Grade 515N, $18.745 hourly in the Division of Government Communications, effective April 18, 2016.
James Tipton, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 512N, $15.659 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective upon passage of Council.
