BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Utility Service Group, Uretek Holdings, Inc., and T&T Pipe Renovations, LLC, establishing price contracts for Storm Sewer Trenchless Rehabilitation and Repair Services, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amount set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
