BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the professional services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFQ No. 42-2015), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Banks Engineering, Inc., for engineering and design services related to multi-modal corridor improvements on Euclid Avenue and Avenue of Champions, at a cost estimated not to exceed $317,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount estimated not to exceed the sum of $317,000.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to Banks Engineering, Inc. in FY 2016, from account #2606-162101-71299 pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
