BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 1 of Resolution No. 145-2016 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointment:
Thaddeus Washington, Skilled Trades Worker, Grade 515N, $20.175 hourly in the Division of Community Corrections, effective April 4, 2016.
Section 2 - That the remaining sections of Resolution No. 145-2016 remain
unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective retroactive to March 17, 2016.
