BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Solid Rock Construction Services, LLC, for the Cardinal Lane Stormwater Improvements Project, extending the contract term from January 1, 2016 through June 28, 2016, at no additional cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
