Summary

Authorization to submit application to the U.S. Department of Justice requesting federal funds in the amount of $42,100 under the 2015 State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP). This program provides funds to States and localities as reimbursement for costs of incarcerated undocumented criminal aliens. Reimbursable costs are for inmates who are foreign born, incarcerated for at least four consecutive days during the reporting period (July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015), and incarcerated on conviction of at least one felony or two misdemeanors.
