BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Glynn Young’s Landscaping and Nursery Center of Kentucky, Inc. d/b/a Glynn Young’s Landscaping; Dave Leonard Consulting Arborist, Inc. d/b/a Dave Leonard Tree Specialists; Somethin Bloomin, LLC; Diamond Pond Products, Inc.; Landscapers Paradise, LLC; and Pack’s Nursery and Landscaping, LLC, establishing price contracts for Tree Installation, for the Division of Parks and Recreation, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
