BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a multi-year true lease schedule, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, pursuant to Master Lease Agreement No. 6705564 with Dell Financial Services, LLC, for the lease of desktop computers for the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $98,520.71, be and hereby is approved for payment to Dell Financial Services, LLC, from accounts #1101-202505-71303 ($88,520.71) and 1101-505401-71303 ($10,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the Lease Schedule.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
