Summary
Authorization to execute an Agreement between the Division of Aging and Disability Services and the UK’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI). This Agreement allows Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) to utilize one (1) classroom at the new Senior Center in order to offer educational, cultural, and/or language classes at the new Senior Center. The Division of Aging and Disability Services will collect $6,000.00 in revenue from OLLI. No Budgetary cost to LFUCG. (L0250-16) (Stambaugh/Ford)

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with University of Kentucky-Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, for use of classroom space in the New Senior Center.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
