BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a multi-year Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Windstream Communications, LLC, for the establishment of two (2) T1 phone lines at the Public Safety Operations Center (PSOC).
Section 2 - That the Chief Information Officer, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute related contract documents for the establishment of additional phone lines at the facility.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $14,670.00 for FY 2016, be and hereby is approved for payment to Windstream Communications, LLC from account #1101-202505-72202, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
