(3) Recommending the appointment of Council Member Shevawn Akers to the Downtown Development Authority Board of Directors, with term to expire March 17, 2020;
(4) Recommending the appointment of Mr. Aulander Daniels to the Explorium Board of Directors, with term to expire July 1, 2019;
(5) Recommending the reappointment of Mr. Bernie Fields to the Infrastructure Hearing Board, with term to expire March 17, 2019;
(6) Recommending the reappointments of Ms. Blake Eames, as Neighborhood Association Representative, and Mr. James Pendergest, as Equine/Agricultural Representative, and the appointment of Mr. Clinton Woods, as At-Large Representative, to the Keep Lexington Beautiful Commission, with terms to expire March 17, 2020;
(7) Recommending the appointment of Mr. Robert Elliston to the Lexington Center Corporation Board of Directors, with term to expire March 17, 2020;
(8) Recommending the appointment of Mr. John Meister to the Lexington Public Library Advisory Board, with term to expire March 17, 2020;
(9) Recommending the appointment of Ms. Susan Craddock to the Raven Run Advisory Board, with term to expire March 17, 2020;
(11) Recommending the appointment of Mr. Ronald Vissing to the Civil Service Commission, with term to expire April 1, 2020.
