                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute and submit a Grant Application to the Kentucky Department of Local Government and to provide any additional information requested in connection with the Grant Application, which grant funds are in the amount of $49,585.00 federal funds, and are for maintaining and repairing the Legacy Trail.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
