Summary

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Bluefin Payment Systems be and hereby is approved as the Merchant Provider to process online credit card payments related to collection of Occupational License Fees for the Division of Revenue, and the Commissioner of Finance or his designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and its Department of Finance, be and hereby is authorized to execute and submit any related Agreement or other necessary documents related to the services, at no cost to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
