BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 1 of Resolution No. 10-2016 is hereby amended to read as follows:
That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the contract with Alpha Mechanical Services, Inc. to install a new boiler at the Government Center, increasing the contract price by the sum of $9,640.00 from $69,627.00 to $79,267.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
