                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a quitclaim deed and any other documents necessary to transfer a portion of non-utilized right-of-way located adjacent to the property at 2875 Gribbin Drive, depicted in Exhibit A and described more fully in Exhibit B, to the abutting property owner.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
