Summary
Authorization to changing the position title of both Financials Manager Enterprise Solutions (Grade 525E) and HCM Manager Enterprise Solutions (Grade 525E) to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Senior Analyst (Grade 525E) in the Division of Enterprise Solutions, effective upon passage by Council. This request for these title changes will allow the Division the flexibility to fill future vacancies that address technical and functional needs without being so narrowly focused on either HCM or Finance. Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the classified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:

Senior Analyst
Section 3 - That the incumbent, Paula Williams, be and hereby is transferred from the position of HCM Manager Enterprise Solutions to the position of Enterprise Resource Planning Senior Analyst, at the same grade and rate of pay.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on passage.
