BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 3, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Bell Engineers, for the Blue Sky Pump Station and Force Main Project, decreasing the contract price by the sum of $1,248.00 from $224,874.79 to $223,626.79.
Section 2 - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 781-2015 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $879.79, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bell Engineers, from account #3400 - 303401 - 92711, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
