Summary
Authorization to approve the addendum to the current New World Systems Software Maintenance Agreement (Resolution #767-2015). The addendum is in regards to the current New World Systems Corporation merging with Tyler Technologies, Inc. Tyler Technologies will now be the new representatives for the products we currently utilize through New World Systems Corporation. There will be no Budgetary impact. (L129-16) (Barnard/Bastin)

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Addendum, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with New World Systems Corporation, for processing products through Tyler Technologies, Inc. as a result of a merger.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
