BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That a Sole Source Price Contract be and hereby is established with Routeware, Inc., as a sole source provider for the purchase of GPS hardware and database maintenance services for the Division of Water Quality.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
