Authorization to sign an agreement between the LFUCG and the Blue Grass Airport Board for use of the 800 MHz public safety radio communication system. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Airport Board, for the purpose of outlining the use, management and other key matters relating to the expanded 800 MHz Radio System, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
