BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Commissioner of Public Safety be and hereby is authorized to execute an Application and Contract for Accreditation of Correctional Health Services with NCCHC (National Commission on Correctional Health Care) for correctional health services accreditation for the Division of Community Corrections.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $280.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC) from account # 1101-505401-5411-75101 pursuant to the terms of the application and contract.
Section 3- That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
