Authorization to execute a Facility Rental Agreement between the LFUCG and Lexington Convention Center and a Catering Contract between the LFUCG and Hyatt Regency for the Annual Police Awards Banquet to be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2016. The awards banquet will be funded by ticket sales and donated funds from the Citizen’s Police Academy Alumni Association (CPAAA). BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Facility Usage Agreement and Catering Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lexington Convention Center and Hyatt Regency.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
