Summary
Authorization to execute an agreement between the LFUCG and TDA, Inc. in the amount of $48,464.03 for the completion of an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. The LFUCG is required to certify that it will "Affirmatively Further Fair Housing" for funding of CDBG and HOME funding. TDA was chosen by competitive bid. The cost will be $48,464.03. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with TDA, Inc., for the completion of an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $48,464.03, be and hereby is approved for payment to TDA, Inc., from account # 3120-160201-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
