Summary
Authorization to approve the Mayor to sign an Amendment to Agreement between Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and the Board of Education of Fayette County, Kentucky to share data contained in the LFUCG’S data base and the Board’s data base for the collection of Occupational License Fees and Occupational License Taxes. The amendment agreement defines the terms and conditions by which the LFUCG may share data contained in the Government’s database, as well as data contained in the Board’s database. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Amendment to Agreement with the Board of Education of Fayette County, Kentucky, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, regarding the information sharing related to the collection of Occupational License Fees/Taxes, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
