Authorization to adopt and implement a revised fee schedule for Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment applications. The revisions will simplify applications for customers and will facilitate implementation of ACCELA related process improvements. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby authorizes and adopts an updated filing fee schedule for Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment applications, a copy of which schedule is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
