BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Paradigm Engineers and Constructors, PLLC to RFP No. 25-2015 Design Services for Water Quality Electrical Shop, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Paradigm Engineers and Constructors, PLLC to provide services related to the RFP, at a cost estimated not to exceed $35,090.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $35,090.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Paradigm Engineers and Constructors, PLLC, from account # 4002 - 303403 - 91017, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
