Summary
Authorization to engage AMTEC for services related to the Arbitrage Calculation for the LFUCG General Obligations Bonds 2014A, 2014B, and 2014C as well as the Sewer System Revenue bonds, Series 2014. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the multi-year Letter Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with American Municipal Tax-Exempt Compliance Corporation (AMTEC), for professional services related to the Arbitrage Calculations for certain previous Bond issuances.
