WHEREAS, Resolution 247-93 establishing the South Hill Residential Permit Parking District was put into place on July 1, 1993. and
WHEREAS, 211 West Maxwell Street has met the requirements to be annexed into the South Hill Residential Permit Parking District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 247-93 establishing the South Hill Residential Permit Parking District, be and hereby is amended to annex 211 West Maxwell Street into the South Hill Residential Permit Parking District.
Section 2 - That the remainder of Resolution No. 247-93 shall be unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
