Summary
Authorization to execute an extension of the contract between the LFUCG and Fayette County Attorney’s Office for a Driver’s Education Program at 1631 Old Frankfort Pike. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the First Amendment to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Fayette County Attorney’s Office, for a driver’s education program at the Old Frankfort Pike Landfill, extending the term of the agreement until December 31, 2018, at no cost to the urban county government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
