BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Environmental Services is authorized to purchase plant materials for Breeder’s Cup beautification projects, from Kelly Nursery, LLC, a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary agreement with Kelly Nursery, LLC related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $78,451.25, be and hereby is approved for payment to Kelly Nursery, LLC, from account # 1105-313201-75105.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
