BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept a donation of $1000.00, one (1) desk, one (1) cabinet, three (3) bookcases, two (2) iPads, and five (5) Kindle readers from Adam Banks for use at the Black and Williams Neighborhood Center by Program Participants.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
