Summary
Authorization to submit application to the Bluegrass Workforce Investment Board and accept award, if offered, for operation of a Workforce Investment Act Project for Youth Services. The project is targeted toward youth who are 16 to 24 years of age, low-income, and who are in one or more at-risk categories.
