BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council hereby approves the creation and implementation of a barring policy which authorizes the Division of Parks and Recreation to temporarily and/or permanently bar from LFUCG parks those individuals who have engaged in inappropriate or illegal behavior while attending LFUCG parks and/or participating in parks programs.
Section 2 - That this barring policy shall be applicable to all parks of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
