BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an agreement with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield for providing administrative services and stop loss insurance coverage relative to Health Insurance Plans, PPO 1, PPO 2, HSA 1 AND HSA 2 for a one year term beginning January 1, 2015, for the urban county government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
