BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of EA Partners, PLC, to RFP No. 22-2014 - Versailles Road Corridor Improvements Alternatives Analysis Study, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with EA Partners, PLC, to provide services related to the RFP, at a cost not to exceed $150,000.00, for the Department of Planning, Preservation, and Development.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $150,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to EA Partners, PLC, from account # 1101 - 162101 - 71205, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
