A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to accept a Grant from the Ky. Transportation Cabinet, which Grant funds are in the amount of $120,000 Federal funds, are for the Lextran 5-year Comprehensive Operation Analysis/Long Range Transit System Analysis Project, the acceptance of which obligates the Urban County Government for the expenditure of $30,000 as a local match (to be provided by Lextran), authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant budget, and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute a Subrecipient Agreement with Lextran for project development and implementation. This is a request to accept award of Federal Planning Funds in the amount of $120,000 from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for the Lextran 5-Year Comprehensive Operation Analysis/Long Range Transit System Analysis Project and to approve execution of subrecipient agreement with Lextran for project development. Lextran will provide the required 20% local match of $30,000.
